Zoundi Yao, Patricia
CEO, Quickcash

I am a 40 years old change maker woman in business devoted to better rural people’s life and create wealth using “QuickCash” that offers mobile financial services since 2011. I have 40 employees and around 500,000 customers from Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina, Niger, and Togo.

My entrepreneurial journey started when I was 14 helping my mother to run her small shop both in town and in the village. Then, from that experience I founded my first company called “Zenith Finances” at the age 24 just after my graduation from University of Ouagadougou where I majored in Law and Political Science.

I am also an alumna of Stanford SEED Program located in West Africa (2014), the Training Institute for Mediation and Negotiation (IFOMENE) of the Catholic University of Paris. My hardwork is paying off considering the awards and honorary awards in Côte d’Ivoire and Africa that I am getting. I am very proud to attend GES 2016. Finally, I am married to a lovely Husband and we have three awesome boys.
