Radha Ramaswami Basu has over 30 years’ experience in executive management and is widely recognized as a leading woman technology entrepreneur and mentor, and as a pioneer in the Indian software business. Currently, she is CEO of iMerit, a company delivering on-demand data services to global companies like eBay and Microsoft, while creating social and economic change.

She then held the position of Chairman & CEO of Support.com, a Nasdaq-listed company, which she led through initial and secondary public offerings. Afterwards, Radha and her husband launched Anudip Foundation to generate livelihoods for India’s unemployed and marginalized youth through IT training.

In 2012, Radha founded iMerit, an on-demand digital data services company that trains and employs marginalized youth and women in IT jobs. Headquartered in Kolkata, India and San Francisco, CA, iMerit delivers services to companies like eBay and Microsoft, while effecting positive social and economic change. iMerit is funded by MSDF, Omidyar Network, and Khosla Impact.

Radha has received the Silicon Valley Business Journal Women of Influence Award, the UN Women-ITU Gender-Equality Mainstreaming Technology Award, Top25 Women of the Web, and CEO of the Year. She serves on the boards of NetHope, Jhumki Basu Foundation, and Santa Clara CSTS.
