Chris Garcia is an American entrepreneur and political advisor based in Los Angeles, California. He is Co-Founder of TapEx, a startup crowdshipping app, and Managing Principal of Chris Garcia & Associates LLC, a U.S.-based consultancy. He also represents a private mid-market net worth family. Mr. Garcia lends his expertise as an entrepreneur, investment banker, and volunteer foreign diplomat. 

In 2015, Mr. Garcia was invited by The White House to speak at the 6th Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Nairobi, Kenya, where President Obama and Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta were in attendance. In 2014, Mr. Garcia was the youngest person ever selected to serve as a foreign delegate in the U.S. Department of State’s Global Entrepreneurship Program (GEP). At 24, he founded and served as CEO of Advantage Line Global (ALG), a multimillion-dollar packaging technology startup best known for its exclusive licensing rights to the patented Easysnap(TM) technology. Mr. Garcia has been retained in a variety of international deals, including projects in Ukraine, Germany, and Mexico. 

Mr. Garcia is active as a supporter of pro-business policy and appears as a contributor on American news media outlets including CSPAN, Fox News, and 790 KABC-Los Angeles. He is a member or affiliate of a number of professional organizations including the Pacific Council on International Policy, the Los Angeles Venture Association, Gen Next, and the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. As a Gates Millennium Scholar, he attended Pepperdine University, where he earned his B.A. in Economics and was captain of the Pepperdine Men’s Rugby division championship team. He lives in Malibu, California.
