For the last 13 years, Neera has played a leading role in bringing managerial skills, knowledge and critical analysis to Dasra. She initiated and led the launch of the Dasra Social Impact Leadership Program in partnership with Harvard Business School, a first-of-its-kind executive education program for 150 social enterprise leaders in India; and has supported the analysis of over 50 Dasra sector reports in education, health and life skills enabling over USD $50 million of funding for social enterprises from corporates and philanthropists in India. 

She has closely worked with Dasra's portfolio organizations such as Educate Girls, SNEHA, Under the Mango Tree, Husk Power and Aangan to refine their strategies and accelerate their growth by 15 - 30x. In addition, Neera has played a pivotal role in forming a $14 million ‘Adolescent Girls Alliance’, a collaborative partnership with USAID, Piramal Foundation that focuses on empowering over 1 million adolescent girls in India.
 
Neera holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Statistical Sciences and is an Indian Leadership Initiative Fellow Class III with the Aspen Institute.
