Asmah, Kweku
CEO, Process and Plant Automation LTD

I was born in Winneba, Ghana, and I had my basic education in the same town.
I continued to Ghana Secondary Technical School, for my secondary education, and then graduated in 1996 from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a BSC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

I then started a small business offering maintenance and repair works on computers and ATM machines.

In 1999, I joined Unilever Ghana Ltd as Instrumentation & Control Manager and later as Electrical Service Engineer, and then I was promoted as Electrical Services Manager.

After a few years with Unilever, I decided to move back to private business, and that was the birth of Process and Plant Automation Ltd. The focus then was on general Electrical and Consultation services. After 13 years of operation, we are currently leaders in home and Industrial automation, as well as instrumentation services, rendering services to the Mining, Oil and Gas, Energy, Food and Beverage, and the Real Estate.

Our Head Office, the automation Hub, a smart building running primarily on Solar energy was launched in April this year.

I live in Accra with my family, and I enjoy swimming, listening to music and reading.
