In 2012 my company started a revolution in Nigeria. A revolution that is spreading from Nigeria to the the rest of Africa as a whole. We’ve taken upon ourselves a very herculean tasks of challenging and fighting the menace of “AFRICAN TIME” which in my opinion is largely responsible for the under development that Africa Is plagued with. I’m glad to tell you today that the adoption of our WEB AND MOBILE BASED TIME MANAGEMENT SOLUTION (TAMS®) is on the increase, with over a thousand SME organisations using our application to manage their employees Time Attendance, Payroll and other basic HRM needs end to end in Nigeria. We also have a couple of companies using it in Ghana and Guinea.
My passion for time- management technology was due to an experience I had during my internship in one State ministry, where I had an offer to serve. On my 1st day at work I got the office at 7am, an hour before the resumption; only to be confronted by wanton disregard for time, as the first set of staff came in at 8.30am and the bosses strolled in two hours later. I thought it was not the proper.
