Andres Bautista is 44 years old and he was born in Bogota / Colombia. His first degree is in law and combines extensive legal and corporate management experience giving his clients the advantage of an attorney capable of understanding more than just the legal implications of a transaction or matter in litigation. Clients are represented by a lawyer who understands the real world challenges and pragmatic decisions facing today’s business and entrepreneurship.
Admitted to practice law in Republic of Colombia since 1995 and currently limits his practice to corporate, employment, entrepreneurship and business matters. His transactional, business, negotiation and entrepreneurship experience encompasses startups, social investment, high impact and technological projects, ethnic and indigenous community entrepreneurship. Early in his career, studied a MA in public and economic law and over the years of practice has the opportunity to study at London University management and finance with emphasis in globalization, that provided a better understanding of the complexity of the grow economy through small and midsize companies. 
In business and corporate law, Mr. Bautista has advised start-ups, emerging enterprises, established companies as well as troubled businesses seeking to avoid bankruptcy and spin off, along with comprehensive experience in merge and acquisitions. He has significant qualifications levels of management expertise as Corporate legal VP to a Latin American large group based in aeronautical, hotels, ground transportation, pipelines, oil, agricultural and shipyards among other areas.
Since September 2014 is linked to the SENA (National Training Service, a public entity of vocational training with a presence throughout the country, 40,000 employees connected and an annual budget of USD $ 1,500 million) as a counselor in labor, employment and entrepreneurship. Mr. Bautista is responsible to advise for institutional policies Employment (achieving the employment relationship than 201,000 Colombians to the labor market throughout the country) and Entrepreneurship (Administration and modernization of a seed capital fund for entrepreneurs of around USD $ 23 million per year). He has significant experience as lecturer in entrepreneurship, business development, internationalization of startups, and negotiation in different masters programs in Sergio Arboleda University in Colombia.
