Matthew is co-founder & CEO of inploi, a UK based on-demand staffing platform revolutionising the jobs/recruitment market. He is also financial director of the Harambe Entrepreneur alliance and is a strategic advisor to TUSE, a South African mesh networked mobile communications app. Matt grew up in South Africa, is a Mandela Rhodes scholar and was awarded a Weidenfeld Scholarship to study at Oxford Univeristy where he did an MSc in African Studies and an MBA.
